Here are the little friends i found, sleeping in a charming bunch of live helichrysum daisies (natives, often picked for drying). I notice how the bees all bury their heads and plan the days gentle pollination.

apparently these bees are almost itinerant, they dont seem to have a home, except where the gang sleeps. Does anyone know if this species makes a permant hive or nest?
